Heron House is a delightful surprise! While the exterior exudes Sea Ranch naturalistic charm the interior is filled with wonderful light, color, and art! The owner has created a generous oasis of comfort and modern amenities that defies the typical Sea Ranch rental. We had a perfect and restful weekend! There are cozy couches and beds for those inclined to lounge; views galore to spot wildlife and see and hear the ocean waves; a gourmet kitchen for foodies; multiple electronics for sound and media; several patios for outdoor living; and a romantic hot tub for couples. Even our pets felt right at home and made themselves comfy. We almost didn't want to leave the premises! But with an extensive trail system just steps from the door and only a short couple of miles to Gualala we were enticed to explore the area. Perfect. This is our new favorite at Sea Ranch and we will most definitely be back.
