Visit our AirBnB listing to book your stay or to check our current rates and cancellation policy. Rates average between $350 - 400 a night depending on the season. Cleaning fees are $230 (housekeeping and hot tub) and there is a one-time pet fee of $75 for up to two dogs.
taxes
Sonoma County charges a tax of 12% on nightly rates and fees. The Sea Ranch Association requests that all owners on the rental program (whether managed privately or via rental company) pay a tax of 3.5%. This is why the total tax rate appears as 15.5 percent.
