This is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in. The kitchen in particular is terrific -- everything you could ever need, much better than your usual rental and immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are wonderful, and all the towels and linens are top notch. Instructions for using the space (tvs, fireplace, trash, etc), cleaning up, and using the Sea Ranch amenities were all really clear and organized. The view is great, and the location couldn't be better. Private but not isolated. Walking distance to the beach and the trailhead is literally across the street. A 6 minute drive into Gualala and the excellent Surf Market -- you could walk there if you're feeling ambitious. We watched whales from the living room, as well as hawks and deer and other critters. We had an amazing time.
