The Heron House is a stylishly decorated, updated, upscale home in Sea Ranch. Deldi is an expert host who ensures every single detail is covered, from a thorough house book with details on how everything works to restauranrt recommendations and area maps. We loved all the thoughtful touches like dog beds, copious spa-like fluffy towels and robes, and the nespresso machine to start our day. The kitchen has literally every tool you need to cook and dine well. There is even a wine cooler. The house backs up to the Gualala Point open space area which means you can get to hiking immediately. You can also cross the street and be walking the ocean bluff trail in 3 minutes. You can see the waves crash on Gualala rock from the living room. And you can hear the waves at night as you drift off to sleep. Our only regret is that we could only stay 3 nights. It is a wonderful house and Deldi is an amazing host!
