We stayed at Heron House over the New Year's holiday with our children and our parents, and had an amazing stay.

The house is gorgeous, and modern, and very comfortable. The views straight to the ocean made waking up a dream, and the access to the coastal trail, and Gualala Point state park were a major bonus. The kitchen is the focal point of the home and it's expansive and very well stocked. The old-styled wooden hot tub was comfortable and was a great evening spot to see the stars and hear the waves crashing. The home is at the North end of the Sea Ranch property, which makes it very easy and quick to get to Gualala for groceries or a restaurant meal, and very close to Shell Beach.

Deldi, the owner was incredibly helpful before we arrived, as well as during our visit, and having that care taken from her was valuable as we navigated a new home. We hope and plan to be back for another visit soon!
